From Jervis Bay we head inland to Kosciusko National Park for a few days of mountain biking and hiking. The Thredbo Ski Resort is transformed in the summer months into a dirt heaven with hummus, bumps, jumps and best of all, It’s all downhill. Take the lift to the plateau and then beat the bike into the dust all the way to the bottom of the mountain.
