How to Trek Alta Via 2, Dolomite’s, Italy-Part 2.4, Episode 143

This is a how to trek Alta Via 2 in the Italian Dolomite’s (the southern half) video, Part 2 of 2 (see blog for details). In this video I leave my emergency campsite and spend a very long day on another waterless moonscape before dropping into a green (but waterless) valley for an uncomfortable Refugio Treviso. Early the next day I cross another pass and then camp below the hardest pass of the trek. Then on my birthday I decide to cut east and down to the comforts of an actual campground with wine and food. The following day I make it to Feltre to call it a done deal visit a friend’s housewarming party. The perfect way to end a trek.
